Chloe Rocks herself

Chloe likes her juice

Chloe is down to four bottles a day and is attempting to eat baby food three times a day. Sometimes she isn't interested! Her fourth tooth should appear any day. She's happy most of the time and life is good!

Chloe is 9 months old!

Chloe's 9 month doctor visit found her at 17.4 lbs! She is well below others on the growth chart, but is holding her own on a growth curve. She can now eat real bananas and potatoes, and can begin to decrease her formula intake! She thinks everything her dachsund Retta does is funny and laughs out loud. She sleeps all night as she always has and takes a couple of daytime naps. Her mother works with her to support the physical therapy she is receiving. She has certainly come a long way!!

Naptime

This is Chloe's favorite nap position! Legs and feet bare, but the cover snuggled over her face. She took a long snoze after her big day on Sunday.

Chloe is baptised

Chloe was baptised at Oakley Chapel Methodist Church on Sunday. She had all her grandparents, an aunt, an uncle and a cousin celebrate with her. She was very well behaved and seemed to enjoy the attention. She took a little nap in church and was ready to receive well-wishes afterwards. The christening gown she wore was hand made by her great grandmother Mur and had been worn by her mother, uncle and lots of cousins.

Superbowl Fan

Chloe's Grandad has her ready for the Super Bowl as a Colt's fan. She spent the weekend with us and was a delight. She plays by herself but really likes attention and will whine if you walk away from her. She can roll over without much trouble and has better use of her hands every time we see her. It is obvious that all the physical and occupational therapy are helping her.

She is very vocal! She jabbers and yells when she is excited. She still loves to lay on her back and kick those legs just as she did as a newborn. She throws those legs up - feet by her chin and grabs her socks. She also sometimes sleeps with her legs up under the blanket. She celebrates a diaper change by kicking free of clothes and diaper.
