Bath time

Chloe has enjoyed the warmer weather and has been swinging in the back yard as often as someone will take her.  She says Wing Wing!!!

Tomorrow she is moving up to a room at daycare with some big kids (not babies). 

This weekend she got a potty chair and tried it out before bath time.  Her mama doesn't think she has a clue.

All by Myself

It's another snowday at home and Chloe is staying busy.  She put on her moma's jewelry all by herself.  This is a drawer that she is allowed to pilfer.  Her daddy found her decked out in every necklace and bracelet.

Last Friday, she got new shoes and ankle braces to wear to strengthen her ankles.  She surprised everyone by allowing the doctor to push and pull her legs and fit her into the shoes without a fuss.  She usually isn't so good-natured with doctors or nurses!

I went to visit Chloe and was so pleased to find her sitting at the front door looking out for me.  She just talks all the time and sometimes you can understand her.  When she is communicating what she wants and doesn't want, she is very easy to understand.  While playing, she now says 'help' when she wants it.  She uses the word 'no' very well especially when given food choices.  If you ask her 'who is pretty?' she will respond, I am!  She surprised me with several words or a phrase in the midst of her jabbering or in response to something she heard.  Every moment with her was precious!
