Chloe was allowed to select what she wanted to wear for the day and to dress herself. This picure shows the final product. Her Moma said she guessed they weren't going to leave the house today!! Perhaps she is pretending to be at the beach? or maybe planning to practice gymnastics? More likely she is just being different!
